NSS HSS CHINGAVANAM was established in 1947 and it is managed by the Nair Service Society Aided management . It is located in Rural area. It is located in KOTTAYAM(EAST) block of KOTTAYAM district of Kerala. The school consists of Grades from 1 to 12. English and Malayalam is the medium of instructions in this school. Panachickadu Saraswathi Temple

The sarawathi temple in the panachikadu village of Kottayam district, Kerala is known as Dakshina (southern) Mookambi. Eventhough many sarawathi temples perform pooja only during the ‘Navarathri period, this temple offers pooja throughout giving ‘darshan’ to the devotees.
